USA • For those in the USA please note that due to end of "de minimis" exemption in August 2025, packages arriving in the US may have a fee payable on arrival. Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties and fees that may apply. (I will update this once I find out roughly how much!)

As JP Post has halted shipping to the US for now, I will be using Yamato for delivery.

Yamato does not accept PO boxes :'c sorry for the inconvenience.

・Due to the time required for import customs clearance and inspections in the US, there are significant delays in the delivery of cargo.
・Customs clearance and delivery after arrival in the United States may take longer than usual.
・If the recipient fails to pay the customs duties and other fees, the shipment may be forced to be returned or disposed of by our shipping partner in the United States.

Where do you ship from?

Can I change my address if it was input incorrectly in my order?
Please double check that your information is entered correctly during checkout and contact me immediately through this contact page if you notice a mistake and I'll be happy to update it. Changes cannot be made after a package is out of my hands.

Can I send this item as a gift?
Yes! Please contact me using this contact page with your order number, and I can add a note with a custom small message from you.

What countries do you ship to?
USA, Australia, Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand.
For the rest of the world, please visit my Etsy and I will do my best to get it to you!

It will take within 1 - 4 business days to pack your order.

Tracking is provided. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

✦ Shipment Issues ✦

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit I will work with the shipper to investigate, but a replacement or refund is not guaranteed. If your order is undeliverable and returned due to an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again to send to a new address.

All sales are final, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every item is checked for quality but may have minor variations. I try to represent my products accurately in photos, but colors may appear differently on different screens or might vary slightly between print batches. Due to the tolerance of mechanical cutting, irregularities may be visible. Raised foil is a delicate process and due to fine detailing, each individual card's foil will differ from another. If you have any questions about your order please don't hesitate to contact me! I want you to be happy with my products and will do my best to resolve any issues.
